Great for accessibility.!!

I usually require a wheelchair accessible room, and this room was the most spacious and the most accommodating that I’ve ever seen for a wheelchair room. Everything from the spaciousness in the room itself to the bathroom and the rolling shower was excellent. The only other comment is the wheelchair accessible room is on the second floor, and if there was an emergency such as a fire where elevators could not be used I do not know if there is another escape route.

Disappointing

A friend and I met here. The 2 queen hotel room had dark stringy things hanging from the ceiling. One of the beds was awful with springs poking through no matter where you slept on it. The breakfast was skimpy and always running out of food, coffee was awful, the 5:30 was very disappointing as they served greasy tacos both Friday and Sunday. No recycling of any kind. Disappointing and would not stay again. And since my friend checked out a day earlier I slept in the other bed which was fine. Upon check out shared all these concerns with staff who said that they would check it out.

It was clean. The staff quickly resolved an issue with our AC. Food was good. The only downsides were one elevator, so people were always waiting to get on it (five floors!), and the pool was rather small and not heated. We would stay here again.

Excellent, but noisy

The rooms are spacious, updated and comfortable. However, the walls are thin. My family was next to a room who clearly was having a good time late into the night - we could hear not only them, but their tv as well. Our room also faced the main road, so we also heard a lot of traffic and ambulances going by.

The welcoming staff, Chatara, was absolutely delightful. She helped us getting our free drinks since we just got there at the last minute for the social our. You can tell that the owners of this chain really mean to make you feel at home with your family. This hotel is spotless and quiet. This is the best kept secret!!!
