Terrible
I never received room service. I told the front desk numerous time that my Internet service for YouTube on my TV was not working. They said that come and fix it they never did. I called the front desk many times and told them that I wanted to move my room they told me to call the room the following day and I did twice they failed to answer the phone then when they did they told me to call at 3 o’clock to call the 3 o’clock I asked I rang the phone and the phone was hung up Was terrible service and they put me in a room next to the elevator. I’m a disabled person and it’s all I heard was people talking all night from going back-and-forth to the casino people laughing and people going up and down the elevator while I’m trying to sleep I needless to say I slept NONE!!!
