The property itself was fine, though there were some issues like the shower not draining properly, missing door handle to the closet, light bulbs out in the bathroom. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay. But there was no confirmation email or text, which I need. I called the number again multiple times and no one answered. I feel a little scammed? I’m not sure about this company.

Windows are so thin I couldn’t sleep Friday or Saturday nights as I was hearing drunks shout all night. I was there for a very importance set of lectures and slept through all of them because I was so exhausted from not being able to sleep the nights before.
