The hotel is not in good condition. I paid thru expedia and they told me the expedia payment hadn't been deposited and they would have to charge me again. Ok no problem. Hotel charged me again. I paid again and went to the room and the toilet was full of toilet paper and debris. The room smelled like marijuana I decided to leave and book another hotel in Las Colinas. Best decision. Do not stay at Hyatt House Dallas/Las Colinas!
