The hotel was extremely dirty, the walls looked like someone had walked on them because they were so black with dirt. Out of 4 elevators on the property, there was only 1 that was working properly, 1 that worked half of the time and would get stuck with people inside, and 2 that were totally out of commission (aren't there fire codes about this?). The shuttle to and from the airport was not running (wasn't given a reason why), and they had no room service available. The room was mostly ok, walls and light switches were still visibly dirty, hair was found in the shower, and some of the furniture wasn't put together correctly (the headboard and bed were diagonal against the wall, and the panels behind the tv and dresser weren't screwed together or onto the wall properly - room 1616 if maintenance needs to check it out), and I don't believe the heater worked in the room as well...but the bed was at least comfortable. For being a Crown Plaza, which is known as an upscale hotel chain, I expected A LOT more, but was left totally lacking and extremely unimpressed.
