We absolutely love staying at the Holiday Inn Downtown Waterpark in Omaha! The water park was a huge hit with the kids and kept them entertained for hours. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that it seemed like there was an extra charge for everything, including breakfast. It would be nice if breakfast were included with the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. It's a great place for families looking for a fun getaway!

Great place. Great for the children. Only thing was the parking. It is $15 a day. And since it’s down town other people can park there too. Two nights we had to drive around looking and waiting for parking even thought ours was already paid for the stay. Other cars where parking in the grass and side walk and front of building.
