Friendly Staff, Dim Lights, and Tough Steak @Primm

The parking area felt super safe. The casino appeared well organized. Staff was friendly and professional. While the diner restaurant was far from full, we waited 25 min to be seated and another 35 before our dinner was served. Still, Jerry served us & had the biggest & best smile. We think they were just severely understaffed. The steak was the toughest I've ever eaten, but I was hungry. My wife's breakfast for dinner meal was excellent. My mashed potatoes were the best on my plate, along with the side Caesar's salad. I'm not sure we will return, but we wish them the best. Providing new carpet would go a long way to making them feel more clean. Also, the room lighting was no more than dim light bulbs; one of them didn't work. I used my phone light a lot.,

I actually did not like the property at all. Rude customer service smelled very bad like smoke. Every time we ask for help, no one understood us could not communicate with us. No one was helpful whatsoever the front ladies that checked us in we’re very very, very rude and we would never recommend this place to anyone. And it’s very sad because it looks beautiful from the freeway

A housekeeper had gone into my room after I had notified the front desk not to have anybody go in while I was checked in someone went in took my back all my food and drinks and when I came back in the room, I saw nothing in the room and I went to the front desk complained about the situation And they made me to fill out a form for the review for a possible compensation in a very unprofessional way, I will never stay at this property again

I have stayed in a lot of “pet-friendly” rooms. This room was one of the nicest, most accommodating rooms I’ve ever been in with my dog. The lady at check in was very nice and helpful in every way.

00 I just had a great stay the security there rescued me the first day and parked my car for me I ended up staying an extra week because it was so nice I'm in a wheelchair on military it's hard to please me this place is very well renovated.

I have a newly broken leg. I parked close to the entrance and had to walk through the casino quite a ways to the registration desk. The person on duty at the desk was not friendly at all. She saw that I had a broken leg I asked if there was help with a wheelchair. She said no and told me to wait about 20 minutes and then she would check my registration. She did not offer help with my luggage or even a luggage cart. I hobbled my way back to the entrance. A security guard noticed my plight and brought me a luggage cart. I had asked the person at the registration desk if I could park close to the entrance because of my broken leg. She said no, I had to park out in the regular parking lot. The next morning again, I had to hobble out to the entrance on my own, not one person greeted me or even tried to make eye contact with me as I made my way along the hallway past the registration desk and through the casino. I hobbled out to the parking area on my own, brought my vehicle up to the entrance and loaded my luggage on my own. I would discourage anyone from using this hotel. The elevator in the parking garage is not working, causing disabled people to have to use the stairs or go all the way around the ramp.

Room was outdated, smells, stains everywhere on carpet and walls. Pieces of ceiling on edge of wall was hanging loose. Shower head did not work and was only pulling about 30% of the water up.there was mold in the bathroom. Hallways carpet dirty. There was a pool of water on the carpet coming the ice machine room located near the back entrance. It was disguising and smelled bad. Surprisingly my friends room across which had a king bed was a much better room.

Hotel is in poor condition and needs serious updating and refurbishment. HVAC is very loud, no hot water in shower and room cabinet door was broken. Less than a 1 star.
