Beautiful hotel. Room and bathroom spacious and clean. View is excellent just need to pay more for it. Room service is expensive. But you have option to go out restaurants and coffee shops are walkable. Staff are all nice and friendly.

Walking distance to everywhere

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. Breakfast is abundant and varied, and the restaurant has a lovely terrace and a great wine list. The customer service was excellent, everyone was kind and attentive, and Anais was especially helpful. However, we had problems with the air conditioning. We were moved to another room, but the same issue occurred again. Although the listing says rooms have air conditioning, we were told it’s a mistake in the app. The controls and vents are there, which makes it confusing. The bed was not very comfortable, as it’s a box spring with a very thin mattress on top, and the cleanliness could be improved, we found a spider in the first room and a piece of dental floss on the floor in the second. Despite these issues, the staff’s kindness and effort, especially from Anais, really stood out.

Sadly not what we expected. Staff very disorganised. Booked a room with waterside view but was over a building site. Given the hard sell to upgrade to a suite on arrival. Despite asking for information about facities at the hotel the receptionist was unhelpful. Corridor cluttered with laundry trolleys. Room was cramped very small space between the end of the bed and wall. We came to celebrate our anniversary but was disappointed by this hotel.

The hotel was very convenient for my stay. My only slight issue is the beam in the bedroom, was quite low and I nearly knocked myself out walking into it. Other than that I would be happy to stay again.

The staff were wonderful, all were kind, courteous, and professional. They were very knowledgable and helpful. They all spoke English and gave ss a tourist map when we arrived which was handy for the hop on and hop off bus. The rooms were very clean and tidy. We had a nice large room.
