Room was not cleaned thoroughly - often the trash was not taken out, towels weren’t replaced or sheets weren’t changed. In addition ordered food from the restaurant only for it to be delivered cold. Upon discussing with the front desk, I was told I would get a refund which I never received. I tried calling a few times only to get the run around even after leaving multiple voicemails. Then I checked out early and was given hard time regarding being refunded a night that I didn’t even stay there. Honestly I have been a Marriott member for years and this definitely was not the customer service I’m used to as I have stayed a number of Marriotts across the country each year. I won’t stay here again - do better.

Checked in and left to go to a concert, we come back late and get ready for bed as I’m laying there a bed bug came crawling up the bed. We immediately took everything off the bed to check for more to find little black dots/bug residue and nasty stains from lord knows what underneath our bedding. We inspected the room some more.. the ice bucket was not clean, floor had caked up dirt, the bathroom door had dirty hand prints all over. Definitely seems like all they did was change out the towels for us. Management was supposed to call me yesterday and never did!! I have pictures.
