As we got into bed, the fire alarm went off, and as we got downstairs to evacuate, we were told someone was smoking and set off the alarm. Then we realized that the heater in our room wasn’t working and it was late and we were too tired to get up and go back down to the front to get a new room. When I left to check out, I mentioned something about the heat and the staff didn’t seem to care. Very disappointing.

Pleasant stay.

One day stay to visit family. We love the large room with its divided bedroom/ living room area, very comfortable mattress, and awesome breakfast selections. Staff is always very friendly and check in is quick. The only thing I wish would change is that the dining area can get cold from all the air coming in the front doors. Need a more powerful blower to keep the cold air out.

The person at the desk was very quick, kind and professional. The room is good! It has some wear and tear on the wood work and while the bathroom appeared clean my husband wiped the toilet with a wipe and the wipe was dirty. Other than those things it was pretty clean. The elevator needs updating but honestly over all we'd stay here again!!!

The room was spotless, except for a few ants in the bathroom. Other than those 3-4 little guys, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of restaurants very close by. We plan to return on our next trip to Columbus.

Exactly what we were looking for

Really nice stay, we needed a place to land while visiting a hospitalized family member. Danni and the front desk was very welcoming and recognized I had stayed there before. The room was spacious and well appointed. This is my go-to spot when visiting Columbus.
