Excellent staff. But there was left over food in our refrigerator from the last guests and our safe wasn’t unlocked despite me asking the front desk to have it unlocked. But we did enjoy our stay and will consider it again.

Supposed 4-star hotel. Expected more from a Hilton, and the cost associated. Booked 2 rooms. Both rooms AC did not work. Staff came and 'reset' the units. AC worked for about 2 hours. Temperature in room was so high, we had to get a box fan from the front desk at 130 am. Multiple times the staff indicated that a manager would address the problem. Not a word from the manager. Will never again book a room at this location.

When they found out that I was a Hilton Honors Gold, they upgraded my room to the highest floor and had a sofa bed. They also offered me either extra points or access to the Executive Lounge. I chose the Lounge. It had good breakfast foods.

Drunk people all over hotel, loud and obnoxious. Loud to early morning hours and staff did not take care of. Air units in rooms were loud and did not cool rooms. Not worth the money per night for no sleep and hot rooms.

Clean room. Walls paper thin. Can hear people walking around above you. The rooms are not quiet. You hear every door closing in the hallway. Restaurant was over priced and zero healthy options other then pre made fruit pieces

Was not allowed a continental breakfast for the room we paid for. Blower in room was intense. Clean room but 1/2 hr delay in cleaning at 3:00 pm check-in almost made us later for the venue we were in town for.

Great location. many dining and shopping options just across the street. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town.

Clean room, was in nice location close to lots of activities and shopping. Room was okay…the AC was a bit noisy with clicking sounds and “heavy startup and shut down” every so often through the night.

Checkout took a little longer than expected. I know they ask for guests to check-in online, but that is not what we prefer to do. While we could hear staff on the other side of a wall, no one came to check us in for several minutes. also, there was no way to let anyone know that we were there The room was well equipped, and VERY comfortable. We were very happy with the bed, pillows, and towels. Overall a very nice experience.
