All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and quick to help with any inquiry. They were excellent! However, the room left a bit to be desired. We were supposed to have a microwave in our room but it had been removed. My wife tried to use the coffee pot and it didn’t work at all. She has used such appliances many times before. It was a nonsmoking room but had an odor of stale cigarette smoke. My message to them is fix up these issues and get an excellent over all rating in the future.

Our truck was broken into overnight. Someone had smashed one of our front windows while our truck was in the parking lot overnight. At least 5 other vehicles also had their windows busted.

Yes breakfast was fresh, but lacks quality. Sandwiches ran out as we arrived. The bed was extremely low to the ground for a handicapped room, and difficult for my husband to arise from. Bathroom lighting is way too dim. Outlet above desk did not work. I haven't stayed in a hotel room with no microwave in years!! C'mon!

The front desk staff was excellent. We arrived late at night, close to midnight, while driving and looking for a place to stay. By mistake, we had booked the room just after midnight, thinking we already had a reservation for that night. When we arrived, we realized the booking was actually for the next day. The staff member was extremely courteous and helpful after about an hour, he was able to arrange a room for us so we could stay overnight. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.
