No irons or extra towels in the room. You had to go get it from the front desk. Go to front desk and they had no irons!! The little kitchenette was the same had to go to front desk and get items for that which you had to pay for. Happy I didn’t have to use it. Was supposed to stay 2 nights me and my daughters packed up and left the next day. Lost a 100 bucks which was fine by me. The reviews and pictures are misleading!! Never Again!!!!!!

We arrived at this property after a long day only to be told that the property was overbooked and our three rooms were not available. Standing in a hobby that felt like it did not have air conditioning and people laying around on the couches made me somewhat happy that I could find another place. The front desk clerk was not helpful and did not suggest any alternatives. The only thing she was able to do is tell me to go to Expedia to get my refund. After a 30 minute call with Expedia, I was able to get them to begin to act on my refund and prevent me from having to pay for the rooms that I had yet to pay for. Expedia was equally unconcerned about our situation in the hassle and it led to. Fortunately, we found another place to stay nearby and I highly recommend it. It is the capital beltway best Western. The front desk clerk there was very helpful and we were able to get three rooms slightly higher of a price but of much higher quality. My recommendation is to skip this other lousy place and book with the best Western nearby. You will be happy you did.

My stay at Woodspring Suites was amazing! The entire staff were so respectful and kind, and very very helpful, especially when a woman like me has some disabilities! My room was immaculate, and I'm very picky. I will definitely be back! 😃

The beds were basically cots. Our bathtub had hair and dirt in it. The front counter staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Ourbthere was no direction on how to enter the main building after checking in and oir key cards didnt work to let us in. The guy eventually walked us to our room to let us in but there was sero communication from him on anything.

Floors in our room were sticky. I saw a person using a black water mop. They need to change the water after each room is mopped. Couch/bed stunk of urine. Super nice staff was the only reason I rated it as high as I did. I will not consider staying there again.
