Overall we did not feel safe there and questioned the cleanliness of the facility. When we arrived at the hotel there were police out front and it was explained that there was a sex trafficking situation. There were people loitering outside the hotel that made us feel very uncomfortable about staying there. One of the elevators was broken and the other barely worked. The stairs opened up into the vestibule so anyone off the street could walk right in. Our room door had a centimeter gap around it and did not evoke the feeling of safety, especially at night. Guests were up at all hours of the night running and yelling in the halls. The bedding and room were clean but there was all sorts of damage done to the furniture, walls, and doors (holes, dents, scrapes, gouges). There was mold in the shower (no working fan) and the bathroom was so tiny it was hard to open the door to exit. Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel looked nothing like pictures. Complete disarray when we got there and again in the morning. Breakfast room was a disaster. Was afraid to eat any of the food. Smelled like weed walking in and our floor. Kids running around till 2 am and no one did anything

Overall the hotel is fair. It does not truly live up to the LaQuinta standards. It is in a state of disrepair. Except for the shower curtain, which has a bright LaQuinta logo on it, l would not have known i was staying in one. Breakfast was microwaved eggs and sausage. It was fine. They did a decent job keeping up with the demand of hungry guests. Coffee was excellent. Hotel. Elevator one is out of service. Elevator two is in bed of repairs. The outside of the hotel is decent, but the parking lot is littered with garage and the exterior fencing is falling down. It's in a decent neighborhood, but there is a pot dispensary across the street. Thus the smell of pot smoke is everywhere. People hang out around the parking lot smoking pot. People just sitting in cars in the parking lot doing "whatever" made the place seem sketchy at least. I watched from my 5th floor window, the Drug deals go down by the same person in a black car. Appearing regularly, exchanging commerce with different guests each time. Then there was the string out person running down the hall in the middle of the night screaming and crying like a baby. I didn't open my door. Hotelier can't be responsible for the behavior of the guests. But I suspect this was not a guest. But rather a visitor. I would say that I'll probably pass on staying here ever again.

Rundown property, dirty, poorly maintained. In scary location with people loitering around the parking lot. Very noisy, scary clientele. Not at all what you would expect from a La Quinta. Pictures are deceptive on their website. Police called to property while we were there. Absolutely awful.

It was decent as it is being renovated. Sadly with only one working elevator, it made the experience for my family and other guests inconvenient. Friendly staff, nice pool. Loved the Dove toiletries.

The boat lock on the door did not work, the staff is not that friendly, and we seen a bug that resembled a roach. Not the best night to stay going to another hotel would’ve definitely been a better option. Oh and the breakfast not worth it.

I was very embarrassed to bring my out of town family to this property. I have stayed here in the past many, many times. I’ve always enjoyed the breakfast, cleanliness, staff I was always overall happy. I had to have my room changed due to the first one looking like it was under construction the second one toilet was stopped up and took two hours for someone to come, only after I went to complain that no one has come. Everything from the walls to the floors were dirty and every floor smells absolutely horrible. I told the manger it looks and smells like a welfare hotel. Plumbing was clogged. Carpet super dirty. One of the elevators doesn't work you. Breakfast not fresh and look really bad. The door wasn't closed fully . Area not really safe. Trash a laying in hallways.

Skip the savings until the renovation is compete!

Came in town for a concert at the stadium. Hotel was nearby and reasonably priced so opted to go for this place. Was pretty disappointed when I pulled in and saw the condition of the pool and parking lot. Lobby has definitely recently had some upgrades. Smelled like cleaner and looked modern. Once we got on the elevator we were surprised to see only one elevator working which did cause several delays for us coming and going and we opted for the stairs from the 6th floor which was not convenient. The room we booked we a suite room and was not in working order. The AC was so loud it was unusable, the couch had mismatched cushions and there was no elevation for the space at all. The lampshades were crushed and the bathroom was tiny. You can tell there is a new owner or manager and they are working to renovate however this room definitely should not be used until it is renovated. The WIFI is also AWFUL and barely worked.
