Stayed 4 days, and there was no room service at all during our stay. The bathroom is decent, but the shower and sink clogged very quickly. When we asked for toilet paper, we were charged extra for a roll—something I’ve never experienced at lower-star hotels. The fridge leaked on the first day, and because it’s tightly fitted against the wall, we had to clean it ourselves. The fridge container door was already broken when we arrived. Floors were not properly cleaned; the area under the bed still had debris that needed to be swept. We unfortunately had to use DoorDash for most meals and left 3 bags of trash (checked in the morning for room service staff, but didn’t see anyone). Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3/10—only because parking is available and there are convenience stores nearby. If you stay here, make sure to take photos, as refunds may not be given.

I wanted a room for 2 days and you only reserved me one for 1 day. I had to pay another $100 for the second day besides the $67.00 it costed.

It was okay , the dresser draws where missing , had roaches , beds was damage and could been cleaned much . You don’t get house keeping service . You in extended stay gotta pay for internet suppose to be free and pay for your own cookware , parking good sercruity was great . It’s good stay
