The walls are thin in this building. If you're a light sleeper, this isn't the place for you. Breakfast is not free. It's like $12 per adult. Kids free w adult. Quality food though. The staff was very kind and service was good.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was outstanding - bed was firm but not hard. Towels weren't scratchy, but nice and soft. There was no microwave in the room, but it was right down the hall with the ice machine which were on each floor, and the microwave was clean each time I used it. The food in the restaurant downstairs, Bar Harbor, was tasty. The pizza and Caesar salad were great. The river view from my room was outstanding and this hotel was exactly what I needed for a productive solo getaway for me to start the year off right.

really enjoyed my stay here with my 6 year old. the staff members were extremely friendly and the restaurant staff as well! highly recommended. parking was good too; there is a parking lot right across the street (self parking) for $25 overnight

The place was spotless. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel truly welcome—which meant a lot. The location is great, with parking just a few steps away across the street. The view was lovely, and the woman at morning check-out was very cheerful, as was the maid. Having such friendly hotel staff really makes all the difference. Will be back .

Parking was close but wish we didn’t have to pay extra for the parking just because we did struggle finding parking since it’s also available to the public. Other than that it was a good experience.
