Hyatt Place

Breakfast was fine as expected for a free hotel breakfast. Bed was soft and pillows smaller in size. We found a bloody towel under our sink so not sure what happened there. Great location.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was so pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely clean. I loved the fact that the floors were hardwood and not carpet. Carpet makes it feel stuffy and as though it's hiding dirt. My view was the best...I overlooked the river, ferris wheel and the carousel. I would recommend this place 1000% and I would definitely be going back!

The hotel, staff, service, facility and the surroundings was great but the parking is ridiculous. It cost us $25.00 per night to park because the hotel does not have a parking lot or a contract with any parking services. I would definitely stay here again. FYI - I found out that as a senior (which I am, with AARP they will include the parking fee when you book your hotel and give you a code to use.
