Nice room, terrible mistreatment upon check in.

Pros: spacious room, everything was new. Nice view of the Harbor. Cons: Check-In staff was rude and lied to me. At check-in i had my hands full the the young man offered no help to me whatsoever yet when I was sitting in the lobby later on I noticed how much nicer other guests were treated by the same individual. He went as far as to offer to scan the card for them when it was handed to him(just as i did) and he was genuinely nicer to them. I guess one needs to apper of specific orgin in order to be treated nicely. When I got to my room the toilet seat had pubic hair on it. When I came down to let them know the Hispanic female offered to help me and informed me they were fully booked when i informed them of the uncleaned restroom. They were so rude to me and acted as if it were my fault. I couldn't belive how rude they were. I told her that i knew they weren't fully booked as I had just checked online to see if they had another room available and they did. When I checked out there were different individuals who helped me and were much nicer. There needs to be some retraining to the frind desk staff who were there that day without doubt. I hate writing bad reviews but this experience really made me feel bad and I hope others aren't treated the same.

Our stay at the Hyatt could have been better. The walls in the room are very thin so you could hear EVERYTHING! From people having intercourse to people singing, talking, and laughing. The two nights that we spent here, I did not have good sleep because of this. We will not be returning. Hyatt let’s do better when these walls and doors.
