Stay was okay but no laundry

The elevator was not working most of the time and we were on the third floor. Breakfast was ok but limited and they were not ready at 6:30, it took them until after 7am to get everything set up. There were questionable stains in the hall carpet on the third floor but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. They did not have a laundry which was disappointing because we needed one and the nearest place was a mile down the road. The outdoor pool was also closed despite 80*+ temperatures.

My day was definitely comfortable. Leticia the housekeeper that’s handled. Breakfast was my favorite part. She was overly polite and a dream to see every morning.

The people at the reception were nice. Not much of food options but free 24 hours coffee and tea. It took forever to get cleaning services. Wifi was one hell of headache. Never connect and doesn't stay on. You always need to be reconnecting. Rooms were okay. Not properly clean as we met some waste around the bed area. I think room cleaning after each stay should be a bit thorough than regular cleaning as some people smoke inside the facility. Their elevator always felt scary being it. Makes so much noise. Other than that my stay was just okay.
