We called the after hours and it was very unhelpful, they didn’t have any information or anything helpful before we booked. So we informed them we will be arriving at 5am in need of sleep and hopefully breakfast after. this was 23:00, So they said we can book using wotif, so we did that. at 7:30am we called the receptionist to see if we can have a late check out as we arrive at 5:am they refused. We than ask what time was the breakfast as we didn’t have that information, the said it finish at 9am and check out ten. We ask if they can refund our money they refused, so we paid $50 extra to get breakfast and didn’t end up having it, didn’t get our money back, as they wasn’t any options that was a bit ridiculous for us. Now we paid $250 in total to not sleep or eat that’s just not good customer service on us. Considering we had called and informed after hours before booking. we were expecting some kindness. Basically don’t call the after hours they are unhelpful. Second don’t bother paying for breakfast it’s a west of money and you will regret it like I do. Room was very dusty too. Overall I wouldn’t book this place again very disappointed with their lake of empathy and kindness.
