We wanted to see the rooms before we booked as we recently had a bad experience at a different hotel and Shoshaunna was so friendly and helpful and showed us the rooms and we were very pleased with them. They were quite new. The kitchenette was super-useful and the beds and pillows were very cozy. There was very slight noise from the people walking upstairs but i couldnt hear any voices or other noise. The ac/heat was nice and quiet. The breakfast options were really nice and the housekeeping staff kept the rooms really clean and tidy. We really loved our stay here!

I didn't like that I was charged an additional $20.00 for amenities for each room. I didn't like how heavy the doors were. I didn't like hearing there was nothing wrong with a coffee pot that I couldn't get to work and wasn't clean.
