Checked in late - found in the middle of the night that the heater was not working nor the moble charging outlet in the bedstand. Was too tired to call the frontdesk but these things need to checked before a customer checks in.

Besides being clean and comfortable, the service at the hotel was excellent. We were there for a celebration of life, and everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory for everyone in our party. The bar/restaurant people were especially accommodating to our large group.
