The staff was very friendly & personable. The room was clean but the bathroom was a little small compared to some other Holiday Inns we have stayed in. However we would definitely stay here afain.

The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and well- appointed - everything I could have wanted for a hotel stay. Fitness center is just average, but the equipment works and it's open 24 hours so that's great.

Staff was very nice. Check-in was quick and smooth. Room was clean. There are two cracks on the shower back wall. The room had a door to the room to the right of me. Unfortunately, I could hear the people carrying on late into the morning. A sound blanket is needed when two party's book the adjoining rooms. Continental breakfast was ok. Sausage was dry. Did not drive, but they have plenty of parking space if you bring your own vehicle. They will remain a option of places to stay when I visit Cleveland again

Austin the General Manager went above and beyond for me. I was having a problem sleeping due to the noisiness of the in-room temperature control system. He sent out and bought a fan so I could have continuous airflow in the room without the use of the heating/cooling system. Thank you Austin for being so responsive to my needs!
