Ok for one night.

The front desk staff was very friendly, but the room smelled like smoke and food (likely from the prior guests). The floor appeared dirty but the beds seemed clean. The hotel was ok for one night but I wouldn't stay here longer than that.

We were at a museum in downtown Cleveland when the hotel called us to tell us their hotel was full even though I prepaid for a room that evening! They offered no assistance in finding me other accommodations.

One of the better hotels I’ve been to. The beds were super comfy, ac worked great, shower was hot. Great stay. Breakfast is a little lacking but still a great stay. 5/5 stars

When is a reservation not a reservation?

The hotel called me at 8 pm on the day of check in to say that they could not honor my reservation likening the issue to an airline overselling seats. As a result I had to find another hotel and then the hotel billed me for the stay.
