This was the worse experience I have had with any hotel over 50 plus years. I had reservations for 3 nights. I arrived at 2PM on day 1 and was told that early check-ins were not allowed and to return after 4 PM. This was on Valentines Day. When I returned at 5:45 PM, there were 23 customers standing in line to check in. This place only had one person handling the checking and one person that helped activate the door cards. No explanation was given to the customers waiting in line. The hotel was grossly understaffed. It took me more than 1.5 hours to get to the reservation desk to check in. I asked if there were computer issues and was told by the person working at the reservation desk that the hotel was fully booked and that the rooms were not ready. Think about this. The hotel was fully booked, meaning they knew they were going to be busy. The fact that the rooms were not ready before 6 PM shows incompetent management. The hotel also requires a mandatory $100 deposit which it holds for 3 days according to a sign at the front desk. The room I reserved was not ready, so I was given a different room. Once I got to the room I discovered there were no towels, washcloths, hand towels, or any other towels in the room. The deadbolt on the door did not work. The wood frame where the door chain is located was very loose and looked like it may have been forced open a few times with several poor-quality repairs. Fire alarm two times. Had to call the desk to ask if we should evacuate

The room looked clean but the sheets were stained and so were the pillow cases, they hair someone’s hair all over them. we stood in line for over and hour and a half just to check in. The building was leaking in the lobby, and in the food area. It was also leaking on the 5th floor. I was charged for incidentals 3 times and I informed them if it they did tell me the charges would fall off.

Several items. We booked two rooms for Superbowl Sunday. They advertised a restaurant and bar, pool and hot tub down the hall. They also had TV and couch in the lobby. Our sole reason for staying here was to enjoy the game while our grandchildren swam, we could eat at the bar or relax by the lobby fireplace/TV. When we arrived, we were told the restaurant was closed on Sunday, the TV in the lobby had no remote so we could change channel or get volume, pool was dirty with wet towels and garbage. We were given two rooms on the 5th floor, with only 1 operating elevator which took forever. When our guest in the other room saw the crime scene tape cordoning off that room only a few doors down, they declined to spend the night. They used the room to change from the horrible swimming experience, we watched some of the game in their room, but they were not comfortable spending the night and left. We contact the hotel for some accommodation and told they would not do anything. Too bad, this could be a nice hotel.

The room I stayed in was dirty, old stuff was left in the fridge, along with hair all in the shower. Nothing was wiped down, and the restaurant wasn’t even open, which was one of two of the reasons I even chose your hotel! We got breakfast Sat, all to pay a total of $45 for my 8 year old to eat a bowl of cereal, my 10 year old picked at a few things, and I tried the French toast and potatoes, which was cold, everything was cold. So all I ended up eating out of all of it was yogurt. Not to mention, again, I chose this place instead of any other hotel with a complimentary breakfast, which is what I usually do, just to pay for the same warm breakfast I would’ve gotten for free elsewhere. I am very unsatisfied. The entire hotel was leaking through the ceiling, the coffee maker in the room had mold and dirt in it. Honestly I can go on, but these are the main of my concerns and I hope to hear back.

The room and the hotel was gross. The staff was horrible they weren't even in uniform. The building isn't even locked so anyone can come in the building. Trash was everywhere in the building. They never came to our room to clean, throw the trash out or even clean towels. The building leaks everywhere our room was leaking all over our bed. The worst place I'd ever stayed.

Fire alarm went off twice due to people smoking in there room. Was told it’s a false alarm and not to worry about it. Rooms were super dirty. Took 8 hours to get extra towels. Housekeeping did not come at all during my stay. The hallways went mopped for 3 days. People came into my room due to over booking. Exterior garbages were not emptied. Roof was leaking. No refund or credit was given. I do not recommend. For the price paid I would expect the upkeep to be much better.

Every trash can in and out of the building was full and overflowing. Carpets had stains, walls were dirty, building falling apart internally. Hot tub was over chlorinated and stung my eyes. I was told that I would have free breakfast but I did not. Woken up by a fire escape or fire alarm twice through the night with no apology or explanation. Everywhere I went it smelled like weed. The morning front desk clerk was not nice.

One star and terrible is not low enough. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. First we tried to check in at 2:40 PM and they would not allow us, we came back at 5:10 PM and there was a check-in line wrapped around the lobby. So we left and went to dinner and came back at 6:20. The check-in line was still wrapped around the lobby. We ended up waiting in line for 45 minutes just to check in while we were waiting in line. Multiple guests came to the counter saying they had no hot water, they had no sheets on their bed, and they had no towels or soap. Finally, we got our room went to the room… We had reserved a king size room with a pullout sofa bed, they gave us a standard queen room with one queen bed, and a little chair. I went back down and told the front desk and they said,“it was clean though right?“ And that was it. They went on to attend to other guests and did not acknowledge my concern. We ended up going back up to the room and staying. While I was down at the front desk, the one worker who was checking people in, made an announcement to everybody still waiting in line that there were no more clean rooms and they had a choice of waiting until rooms became clean or getting a refund. The entire building was in total dis repair, there were holes and ceilings and walls everywhere and there were water leaks throughout the building with a buckets and trash cans under them to catch the leaks we needed ice, went down to the ice machine… It did not work.

Took 38 minutes just to check in. Put us in the wrong room. Bathtub was backed up with nasty stuff floating around in it, took over 4 hours for anyone to finally tell us there's nothing they could do to help us. What was supposed to be a romantic night out turned into an absolute nightmare. Never in my life have I ever experienced anything this bad. I will never go back or recommend this hotel. I will be telling everyone to never book a room here. Ever!!!

Our room wasn’t “ready” till 7pm after waiting an hour in line at 4pm, room was not well kept, buckets of water catching leaks in the ceiling in the halls, staff was friendly but not helpful, entire hotel was very dirty, and to top it off our deadbolt was broken so sleeping was very uneasy with a door that would not lock completely. Would not go back to this location at all.

All around not a good place to stay. Dirty! Poor check in. Took forever too with one person checking guests in. Waited in line for over an hour. Leaks in ceiling everywhere. Buckets and trash cans under leaks. Our ceiling was falling in in our room and black mold. We had one towel for 4 of us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst hotel ever!! Roof was leaking over the entire hotel. Very dirty, no hot water , smelled like mildew, only one elevator worked, and it was very sketchy. The rooms we booked they did not have available when we got there. Our keys did not work multiple times had to get them re-keyed. Staff live on site and homeless people hanging out.

The staff was very nice. The room wasn’t terrible but the wallpaper was falling off the wall and the AC wasn’t working very well. There were signs everywhere to have no parties but people definitely were and it was so loud all night.
