Entire stay was ok at best. The room wasn’t as clean. There was stained blood on the sheet and comforter. Blood on the hallway floor by the elevators. The bathtub wasn’t clean and clogged when taking a shower. It was also rowdy past midnight hours with no warning to bring down volume. Pool and hot tub not functional during stay. Personally wouldn’t stay again.

staff was extremely rude, so rude it prompted the guest waiting in line behind me to speak up and say something. which then resulting in the front desk agent and said guest to start yelling at each other. the pool was disgusting; you could clearly see a gross film on top and water was cloudy-- the hot tub was broken- would never ever recommend or return

Would not stay here again. Arrived for check in, was told they were sold out. Then they magically had a room that needed to be cleaned after I threw a fit. Was not the room I booked. Booked 2 queens and was given a king and a sofa bed. No extra sheets for the sofa bed. 1 bath towel for two people. No phone in the room to even call for sheets. Had to track down housekeeping because there wasn’t a phone and we weren’t given room keys because the machine was down. Remote to the tv didn’t work. Only 1 lamp in the room worked, the other bedside lamp was just for show as there wasn’t even a spot to plug it in. Overall terrible experience and I’d never recommend.
