Marriott should not have their name on hotel. The only good thing was it's proximity to the hospital. The room was VERY basic, no coffee pot, no water (free or otherwise). Restaurant and bar both closed. Tiny, tiny bar of soap. Thin towels. Front desk people who don't care. No parking except valet which is $26 +tax per night (on top of the high hotel rates). NOTHING to recommend it except again, proximity to hospital.

Upon arriving we were told the Bistro was closed. Friday night in this hotel and its closed???? The bartender was on vacation. So get a substitute...you have international guests staying here and they may enjoy a drink during their stay. The temp. in our room was way too warm and required adjusting but it wasn't working for us on the room control...maintenance had to check on it and it never got below 72 degrees. Our bathroom sink had a hair clog in it. Ice machine on our floor was off...we had to try another floor ice machine. We more than likely will not stay at the Courtyard again when we visit the area. Overall it was one thing after another. The provided list of restaurants was nice. Where is your list of bars within walking distance in a SAFE neighborhood? (Since your Bistro was closed)
