Clarke Quay beach resorts & accommodations

Clean room, quite larger than a standard Singapore hotel. Location is perfect for both hawker centres and highend shopping. Staff are polite, air con is fantastic.

The room we were in was not what was advertised or sold to us. Met with the manager who blamed Expedia. The receptionist that checked us in advised that they sell 2-bedroom suites but in fact only have connecting rooms. If we knew this, we wouldn't have stayed there. No compensation was offered for simply getting connecting rooms. Very disappointed in both what we received and the approach from the duty manager.
