A little old, but pleasant staff and great bang for buck. Somewhat thin walls but was quiet enough after people turned their TVs off at around 10 or 11pm.

I believe this hotel is being used as long term affordable housing during the winter. The other inmates were loud and their children didn't have a normal bed time. There was lots of crying, shouting, tv noise, stomping, dogs barking etc. It felt sad and a bit tense and I didn't get much sleep. The motel looks nice from the front but in the back there was garbage, bashed up cars, empty flower pots.
