Staff was wonderful. Room was a little on the dirty side, and maybe a little on the not so safe part. Sink was screwed into the countertop, and there was an elecrical box sitting on top of the micro wave with exposed wires...the bed seemed clean and was comfortable.

Great place to sleep.

Great place to stay in Hope. Operators were ready to help and assist as needed. You won’t find the Hilton in Hope but my son and I prefer this place to others. It was pretty busy but really quiet.
The pool was cool but, it was hot out so refreshing. Super clean too.

The staff were great, beds were VERY comfy as per the reviews I had read, however…I had messaged requesting a ground floor room as we had a dog and lots of equipment. Get there to find out no…second floor…room was outdated, smelled like smoke, cigarette burns in counter, fairly “clean” though. Non heated indoor pool, very chilly even on a hot summer day.

My family and I stayed for one night. Room was very clean, spacious. Staff was lovely. The pool cover was on when we got there, front desk was happy to get it set up for the kids. Pool had some pool toys, there was life jackets. Pool was very cold though. Good selection of places to eat at. Definitely be back again.

Nice stay in Hope, BC

This hotel grew on me. The double sinks, one in the bathroom and the other by the microwave and fridge/freezer were a big plus. It was spacious compared to an average room of the same caliber of hotel. The side table with chairs really helped us out too. The things that bothered me a little was the stain on the carpet and the mismatched knobs on the sinks, ect. The coffee mugs are reusable and clean except for a slight bit of debris. The owner was very sweet and we did appreciate our stay. There is also a pool in a separate building, right out front, but we ran out of time too use it.
