The front desk attendant was reluctant to accommodate any requests. The same individual also attempted to charge extra for an early check in that would be almost half of the stay itself when he had charged someone else less than half that amount. Will never stay here again.

Good place to stay while in Hope. Clean room, very spacious, recently updated, lots of parking, comfy pillows, fridge kept my beer super cold. Only complaint would be our air conditioner wasnt working but it wasnt overly hot so wasnt that big a deal. Overall good stay!

Air conditioner sucked, the set up of the room was awkward and then when we found the switch for the ac it did nothing to cool our room, we felt like we were in a sauna. The check in process takes to long and they don't had their system in order. They don't have a night clerk so they lock the main door and they have some rooms that need to go through the main door. They were great with giving our wedding group staying there that early check in and allowing the bus for all of us.
