Where to begin! Daytime customer service was great. Nighttime employee not so much!!
Carpet was NASTY! Left ur feet black! I think I would have been cleaner walking through mud! Defiantly could tell up keep just wasn’t a thing! Maybe carpet clean!
Now customer service! Joke! Apparently each room only has 2 pillows!! Asked for another one cause they were flat as a pancake! Yea! HARD NO! I was told “we only have enough for 2 per room”
The next night I asked for a clean towel around 9pm when I got back from my day. House keeping didn’t provide any…I was told I could have one “tomorrow at 11am” when house keeping gets in…when I pointed out I check out at 11. He then said “let me see what I can do” proceeds to look under the desk as if that’s where he was gonna find them!!! Comes out the side door and hands me 2 damp towels! I don’t know where he found them but I wasn’t using those!
I wasn’t expecting the Ritz’s Carleton! But I’ve stayed in a lot better places! If you don’t care if you’re well rested or clean, book a room! Not kidding one walk across the room and your feet will be nice and dirty!
