$10 overnight parking fee was a surprise. I was told it was in the booking information so shame on me. My guest and I both had to pay and it was charged to the room. The room itself was nice and spacious however, the complimentary shower gel was empty. Overall, I would stay again but will likely try other local options first.

Overall my stay was comfortable and relaxing. I had a last minute booking because my flight being delayed. The only complaint I shared is that some of the drawers were a little dirty, but that was a small thing. I would certainly stay again!

Airport shuttle: was not able to access because the number provided didn’t work. Had to take uber from O’Hare. Alarm clock provided in room did not work. Called front desk and arranged wake up call, but the call never happened. Reception explained that there were issues with the telephones.
