I had a great assistant, and specially George from Security did a great job. Taxi driver forgot to remove 1 of the luggage from the trunk, but George safe the evening by track downt the taxi driver and secure the luggage, great service

Everything was great. I do think parking should be complimentary for guest but it is what it is. Loved that we could walk to the Fashion Outlets. Also a great place to stay if you are going to an event at Rosemont Theater.
