We had an accessable room and had plenty of room for my husband's wheelchair to maneuver around. Bathroom was clean and easy for him to use. We were not happy with the mattress and pillows. Neither of us slept very well. Room service for breakfast did not get our order completely right, but it was delicious (and they did correct our order when we called)

Absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, attached to a shopping center. Great dining options. Excellent location to avoid the congestion of downtown Chicago. Would definitely stay again
