Dirty and old room, ceiling cracked and looks like it going to fall, microwave filthy , ice machine inconvenient on 3 rd floor , parking lot inconvenient for Ram truck to turn with snow banks blocking, key cards or master key didn’t work for over 2 hours . Had to take medication late due to not being able to get into my room. They wanted me to keep my door open because lock was broken. Employees were unable to compensate any money back . Management was not there to assist was on vacation in India per employees definitely not 8.0 ratings pictures are deceiving.

Room wasn’t cleaned fully - there was a banana peel on the counter. Iron & ironing board didn’t work and they charged us for it even after bringing it to their attention. Other family who was also staying there had to change rooms because there was a water leak. Would not stay again!
