Hotels with a Gym in Chiba

I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it's very close to convenience stores and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helped us a lot. We used a luggage delivery service to send our bags to our next hotel, and the staff helped us communicate with the delivery company. Later, we lost some of our things and needed to contact one of the tour guides to get them back. I think this was outside the staff's responsibility, but one of them still helped us, and we are very very very grateful. Thanks to the staff, we solved our problem and continued our trip smoothly.

Stayed here for over 10 times...really helpful staffs, especially MURATA 村田 at the check~in lobby, she was very helpful and have a very warm friendly welcoming smile with well spoken English.

Even though there was online check in at reception it was still important to maintain the face-to-face welcome especially as a foreigner. I appreciate the clean room and amenities. I had breakfast on 28th floor and that was an unforgettable experience in the varied choices for breakfast to pick from.
