The room is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Attractive interior design furnishings with a contemporary modern feel. Equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay. Tea and coffee making facilities, dressing gown and slippers and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Very spacious bathroom with two sinks, large spa bath and two showers in a large cubicle! Loads of space in the bed room to move about in, a living area with fire and TV as well as a table and chairs to eat from. Comfortable beds and crisp sheets. Polite, welcoming service . Top quality hotel. Great for a celebration weekend away . Highly recommend!

We have stayed here a number of time before and enjoyed it. This time though the place looked tired. In the bathroom one of the shower heads was loose so it shot water all over the bathroom. One of the taps was loose too. The fridge didn’t keep the items cold. What frustrated us the most was on Friday morning at 9.10am the cleaners started cleaning the hallway and rooms beside us and then yelling down the hallway to each other. Really made our sleep in so special! You would think with check out being 10am they wouldn’t start cleaning until after this so there guests could enjoy a nice sleep in. Just wasn’t luxury experience it used to be, especially for the amount you pay.

I loved the entire design of the room. Waking up to the beautiful sun and mountain veiw is wonderful definitely worth the price! The spa bath, double shower and spa pool were amazing change from home the whole experience was 10/10

This was our third stay, and not our last. Love the tranquility of the place and the stunning views. Rooms are huge and spa pools are spectacular, especially in surprise snow. Highly recommended.

The spa was not clean. The room was ok, but for the price of the stay was not worth the money. The spa there is horrible, go in to Hanmer and go to the spa next to the hot pools much better. Was not told at breakfast that the cappuccino and latte were an extra charge. Will never go here again. Old and outdated property
