L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel est à souligner. Café et eau de courtoisie sont à disposition à la réception. L’hôtel n’offre pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner mais de nombreux commerce sont à proximité. Un parking libre est à disposition en face de l’hôtel. Le centre de Bacalar se situe à environ 10 minutes de marche. Notre chambre était spacieuse et équipée d’une terrasse.

Un hotel cómodo y bonito. La habitación parece nueva. Esta en el centro de Bacalar y cerca de algunos balnearios.

Me encanto, el hotel muy bonito. Lo único malo es que el estacionamiento se comparte con la ferretería que queda en el primer piso y el hotel en el segundo.

Todo! Hotel 100% recomendable. Atendido por sus dueños. El servicio es excelente, las habitaciones grandes, camas muy comodas. Te ofrecen bebidas gaseosas de manera ilimitada. Esta todo nuevo. Realmente lo recomiendo ampliamente. Volveria a este hotel sin dudarlo. Y Bacalar es una belleza!!!
