The room was fine the bed was nice and comfortable. There were two things I noticed there was a used razor left in the bathroom around the bath, and the kettle was probably passed it best. On the hole though I enjoyed my stay in the hotel

Reception staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Rooms are good size and very clean and pool, steam room and sauna were great. Excellent location 5 minutes walk to the cathedral.

The hotel was lovely friendly staff, great location and looking over the canal. Breakfast great, good value for money. Rooms were a little tired and a few cobwebs but it was mostly very clean.

What made this stay were the staff, everyone was smiling and so friendly! Breakfast was good, and spa facilities and gym were excellent. Really close to town to walk to, about 7 minutes to Marks and Spencer. Would definitely come back to have a relaxing break.
