Guest Access:
When you arrive at the building, you’ll enter through the main front door using a secure code that will be provided to you before check-in. Once inside, you can either take the stairs or use the elevator to reach the apartment floor. The apartment key is stored in a lockbox located on the wall beside the apartment door. You'll receive the lockbox code ahead of your stay for easy self-check-in.

The city has a relaxed, walkable feel, perfect for leisurely strolls through its famous two-tiered Rows, along the River Dee, or around the beautifully preserved city walls. Our apartments offer convenient self-service check-in, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace from 3 PM onwards.
