Room was little dirty compared to normal (stuff under glass that couldn’t be wiped). Shower was awful like air in the lines and spits at you. We have stayed many time do to the convenient a near convention center. We paid for late check out and never fails - keys always stop working even after paying for late check out and is very frustrating as we are in a hurry to get our stuff out and get back to competition on time . Also we need a micro wave when your food places close early.

Windows were very drafty and you could feel cold air even with the shades pulled and the blankets are not very warm. Also checkout is 11am but at 915am while still in bed housekeeping was banging at the door to see if we left yet. Other than that everything was great

The hotel is conveniently located near the Providence place mall and the civic center. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the valet service was top notch. The room I had was basic, not great. it smelled like smoke and the bathroom faucet leaked. since it was only one night for us we stuck it out. overpriced for this basic room.
