Our room wasnā€™t ready in time due to being short staffed in housekeeping, but we were able to get into a different room. The TV didnā€™t work, but I was able to be my own personal IT helpdesk and get it up and running. Some of the others on our floor were loud in the evening (past 1030 on a Sunday night) and playing loud music. I know the hotel canā€™t control that, but I did call the front desk (although the phone in our room did not work so I had to call the main number and go through a bunch of prompts to get to the front desk) and they dealt with it quickly and the group was quieted down. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

I have stayed at this property many times but it seems the condition is going downhill a bit. Upon my arrival in the room the I found that someone had placed a plastic bag on the smoke detector (probably to smoke in the room). Also throughout my stay in room 513 the bathroom constantly smelled of sewer. I had to keep the bathroom door shut to keep the odor out of the rest of the room.

Just An Okay For Us

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and assumed that the television stations would be good. We wanted to watch a basketball play off game. The programming at this hotel had very poor choices of programming for sports and other alternatives that we usually watch.
