I booked the trip for my sister for her birthday. Upon arrival I was greeted by the most amazing front desk clerk. I did make a mistake with the reservation but she was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to check in. I believe her name was Shalonda. If it’s not I apologize. But she is what the world needs more of. Her customer service was A1! I appreciate her willingness to help!

Dirty. Had to ask our front desk to cut her smoke break short to finally check us in. There was trash outside rooms for days. People in near rooms making so much noise until 3 am and nothing done about it. Literally a waste of money to stay here.
