Pillows in terrible state, air conditioning in terrible state, doors peeling off, untrained staff who were loudly announcing my room number at the lobby during check in despite the fact that this very Laquinta is along the road with every door outside- more like a Motel 6. Terrible experience. I cant even sleep, my gun next to me because it feels unsafe.

Room was clean but needs some updating. Breakfast fine. Television did not work called the front place on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. My husband went to the front desk to wait in line for help and fortunately they maintenance person saw him and immediately came a follow xed ifthankyou

Our Non-smoking room smelled like pot. Inconsistent availability of hot water. Bed sheets on one of the beds was not clean. TV had a line across the top of the screen. Desk chair was past worn out. Good price, except we also had to pay to park. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for.

Quiet, convenient and clean. Stayed here many times for kayaking programs as it is close to the many on water programs I teach or participate when I am in Charleston. Big compliments to the night staff for addressing the booking of my room and the upgrade!
