We booked a Deluxe Superior room for one night. When we booked the photograph of the room is what we expected on arrival. This was not the case. The room did not have a bench and chair and mirror. It was tiny. We had to walk over our suitcases. It was in the new wing. It had been refurnished and was clean. A disappointment Wotif.Hotel Bencoolen @ HongKong Singapore. The bonus was the hotel was close to the canal and there was plenty of food outlets.

The hotel was wonderful- we stayed in a club room and the lounge access was amazing- it made the holiday. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful.

Clean room, quite larger than a standard Singapore hotel. Location is perfect for both hawker centres and highend shopping. Staff are polite, air con is fantastic.
