It took the front desk person multiple tries to get our room keys done. The bathroom had not been cleaned after the prior occupant. The electrical outlets in the sitting area were taped over with clear tape and could not be used (a bit scary). We could hear the loud elevator every time it went up or down until 11pm. I would never stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the outlets, but I was disappointed to find quite a bit of hair in the bathroom and in other areas of the room. I had also paid for the breakfast buffet, and when I arrived at 8 AM, much of the food was already gone and wasn’t replenished until I asked.
