Do NOT USE Expedia as your 3rd party to book this hotel. We booked a double room and paid for a double room. When we arrived to the location they said there wasn’t anything they could do and Expedias description wasn’t updated. So they had to give me a single queen room.

The cost was great for summer pricing. With the cheaper cost comes some downfalls on what our family is use to. Our main issue was not being able to turn the television on for our child and having to get assistance, the beds were so hard and much smaller than we typically get so it was an adjustment, but im all about feeling clean and the bathroom was definitely rushed to be cleaned for us (hair all over the floors around the sink and when turning on the shower you were in ankle deep water in under a minute. However with all this the front desk was very fast with fixing the issues while we were out for the day. Overall it was a good stay, just not entirely sure our family would stay at this location unless i take a look at our rooms first. For being a hilton member ive been in much more comfortable and clean rooms.

Took 30 minutes to check in then they charge $50 fee in case I use the restaurant or bar. I told him I was not going to use either one, but they still said I had to leave a $50 fee. I do not think this is legal. What if I want to pay cash for the bar or restaurant this was a terrible experience and I will never be back

Hilton Help

The hotel is in a beautiful location and well-kept. The front desk woman (check in was 7pm 4/1) was on her phone, seemed irritated someone was checking in. She took the payment but didn't offer any info on the hotel (amenities, breakfast options, etc.) We booked two rooms for two nights. On the second night an extremely loud and inebriated group took over the lobby and hallways after 10:30pm. Kids running, screaming, adults yelling as well. The front desk woman (same person) seemed nonchalant and unaware of how to handle the situation. Numerous guests were bothered. Probably won't come back. On a more positive note, the general manager was pleasant and helpful (he just wasn't there when the noisy guests were taking over the lobby and hallways).
