Quest hotel has always been our place to stay when we travel to Cebu. It has all the amenities and friendly Staffs. I also worked in different hotel industries before in Cebu and recently in Canada so believe me when I say that whenever I stay in this hotel, I feel the genuine warm welcome. Thank you for the wonderful experience and the excellent customer service.

I like it here very clean, convenient to Ayala Center and accommodating/friendly staffs. The buffet has a wide selection of food and they change their menu everyday. Highly recommended when you're in Cebu.

Room is decent, with free parking in the building. Price is good for the location, especially if you’re just using the room to sleep and shower. Bed was comfy and the bathroom is adequate. The place seems popular as a lot of people were in the lobby but once you get to the room, it is quiet.

Well-maintained Quest Hotel

Hotel is well maintained despite being operational for so many years. Buffet breakfast is really good, lots of options! The roving taho “vendor” and puto maya server with filipiniana outfits are a nice touch! However, I think the 3pm check-in and 11am check out should be revised.

Quest Hotel was close to the Ayala Center Mall. In addition, Quest Hotel had their own dining options, which included a breakfast buffet. There's also a pool on the 7th floor if you ever need to cool off.

The staff at this Hotel has the best hospitality I’ve seen in a long time! Very elegant! They have an on call nurse all day for any needs. My stomach was upset from the food choices I made but they kept me healthy and under control. I got to enjoy all Cebu had to offer.
