The staff at Parklane were very friendly. They suggested various sightseeing tours and arranged taxis for us. The hotel is located very close the Ayala Mall. The wifi was a little spotty at times.

Excellent food. Buffet selection was really good. Water could be hotter, is just warm. But I considered it to be the only negative and a very minor one at that.
