I was pleased to get an upgrade to a beautiful, big room for my four-night stay; however, the worst possible experience is turning on the bathroom light and seeing a giant cockroach crawling on the floor. It happened to me. I complained the following morning, and management sent pest control and even an engineer to seal some "holes," and I was promised it would not happen again, but it happened on the following night when I also woke up to find a dead one on the floor of the bathroom.

The executive suite was nice, with a good bay view. Staff was cordial. There was nothing for breakfast though, for our dietary restrictions, despite asking ahead of time for accommodation. The description of this property listed it as having an airport shuttle. However you need to make arrangements to have it pick you up at the airport, and it is more expensive than a taxi would be. Disappointing as we would have booked much nearer to the airport had we know.
