Great hotel in almost every way. Good food and staff. Only issues I had were a smell coming from the shower drain, as if stagnant water was causing it perhaps. This happened hours after each shower. Also, the hot water wasn't very hot. It's a shame when such elaborate hotels get a basic like that wrong.

Good location. I like the Robinson Mall

Comfortable and clean rooms. I have stayed here before I had a relaxing stay. Will be back in September.
