The shower leaked everywhere when we showered. We had to use all our towels to clean it up. Not the cleanest. The rug was dirty when you walked in. A door knob was missing on the closet. Mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. A $100 hold was placed on our card at check in and then charged another $75 on check out. This was not disclosed.

Booked this on Expedia where it was advertised as a 4 star hotel. While not terrible, this is at best 3 stars. Our room that was the little apartment stank like a cheap Airbnb (that overly used furniture/carpet smell) and the bed was the most terrible bed I've slept in ever. First, it was making super bad noises and then, when sitting/ moving / sleeping we were always scared it will break. Then, the place wasn't as clean as you'd expect a 4 star hotel and the mattress/bedsheets etc are all cheap. I'm disappointed because the pictures made the place look much better than it actually was and i specifically looked for a 4 star hotel. We could have gotten a much better place for the same amount right in palm spring. I would not stay here again.

Loved the look of the place and pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to a suite. Some minuses, however: pool bar and restaurant closed on Sunday, big fridge but no microwave, no tissues and only one waste bin for 3 rooms, no live TV (my husband couldn’t watch the Super Bowl).

Such a beautiful facility. My boyfriend and I came for a quick overnight stay as we has reservations at a spa for a couples massage. Their pool is heated and 24 hours so that was a huge selling point for us. We found an amazing sushi place called otori not far away if anyone needs a recommendation. Really good!! The room was absolutley adorable. My only complaint was there was no comforter on the bed. Just 2 sheets folded together so we ended up sleeping in our clothes. We woke up early the next morning with plans to relax in the hot tub and watch the sun rise and have a quiet romantic morning together. We couldnt get the hot tub to turn on so we ended up going back to our room and had coffee. Total bummer as the 24 hour pool was why we chose this hotel. All in all, our stay was enjoyable and the property was beautiful. We will most likely stay here again and try to spend more time to take advantage of the pool side restaurants and amenities.
