We stayed 5 nights in the one bedroom suite, resort was super cute and we utilized many of the amenities- pool and poolside bar, pickleball, bicycles. Area is super quiet and felt very safe! Walking distance over to the target to buy our own food and drinks was a bonus! Drinks and food at the poolside bar were strong and good.
Cons were the housekeeping- we did not receive housekeeping on the first day, we went to the front desk to request it for the following day as we weren’t sure if it was supposed to be daily- we were assured our room would be cleaned the following day so we got refills of what we required(coffee,creamer, Kleenex) from the front desk. When we return to our room the following night it had still not been cleaned. In total our room was only cleaned once for our 5 night stay. However, once it was cleaned they did do a good job.
The other inconvenience is the contact to the front desk must be made through your own personal device. We were travelling from out of country and did not have access to cellphone texting that they wanted us to use. A couple times there was no one in the lobby to assist with a sign to text their phone-again something we were unable to do will no cell service. I tried using their messaging service through the email at check in and messages were never returned. It would be helpful to have another way of contacting them! The staff members we did come into contact with were all amazing and very accommodating!
