Parking for 3 cars off the street. Also, this house can be fully wheelchair accessible upon request. Ramp available for front steps, oversized 2nd bath has been designed universally with 36" door, large walk-in shower, pedestal sink, and grab bars in shower and next to toilet. Come enjoy the beach life!

Kyle was a great host. He was very responsive anytime I had a question. My family and I had a great time and would definitely use his property in any future vacations to Carlsbad. We highly recommend his property to anyone looking for a great and relaxing place. One last thing our little Pomsky loved the backyard to the point where she wanted to sleep outside!

We had a wonderful stay in Carlsbad. This cottage was perfect for our weeklong stay. So great to have a washer and dryer, deck, yard, beach chairs, and lawn games! We parked our car in the driveway and walked everywhere! Terrific location!

Nice home close to beach

We enjoyed staying at Kyle’s home. It is close to the beach, has a nice yard for the kiddos and is overall tidy. Would consider staying here again.
